Booking
Lash Extensions **
When booking, $30 NONREFUNDABLE fee is required in order for the spot to be reserved. $50 if wanting the premium sets.
(This isn't an additional cost, it counts towards your service cost)
Electrolysis **
When booking a consultation and trial there is a $20 REFUNDABLE deposit that is required to book. (When arriving to the appointment the money will be refunded back to the original payment.)
Regular sessions require a half down deposit to book.
No call, No show
To ensure fairness and respect for all clients and our schedule, we strictly enforce the following rule: After 1 No call, No show, you will no longer be able to book future appointments with Prettified.
Cancelation
When same day canceling your apt, the deposit is completely NONREFUNDABLE and cannot be used for a different apt. If canceled with 48 hr notice, the appointment can be rescheduled and or deposit can be refunded.
Rescheduling
When rescheduling, if not done 48 hours prior to the apt another deposit will be owed to place another appointment and original deposit will NOT be refunded. If rescheduling is needed and an early notice is given, that same deposit can be used for a different day.
Late Policy
Lash extensions **
There is a grace period of 10 minutes, after 10 minutes the appointment will be CANCELED, and another deposit will be owed. If able to take you in after the 10-minute grace period a $10 late fee will be required! Please be on time!
(Please be aware that all appointments are back-to-back, and when arriving late it complicates schedule.)
Electrolysis **
To respect all clients appointment times, late arrivals will be accommodated using the remaining scheduled appointment time. Appointments will still end at the originally scheduled time regardless of arrival time.
Squeeze In Policy
Lash extensions**
We all know that life happens and sometimes you can forget to book your full set or fill in, if able to squeeze you in during business hours, a $25 squeeze in fee will be charged when arriving.
